This website

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard technical request data, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect the site.

Booking a call and emailing us

If you book a call, the booking is made on Calendly, which receives the details you enter there and processes them under its own privacy policy. If you email us, we receive your name, email address and whatever you choose to tell us. We use this only to arrange and hold the call and to reply to you, on the basis of taking steps you have asked for. We keep it for up to two years after our last contact, unless it becomes part of a client engagement. Some of our providers process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards.

Booking a call does not sign you up to marketing. We will only send marketing emails if you have separately agreed to receive them.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, or object to its use, by emailing us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
